Winter Clique League 2010 Registration

Description:  The WAFC Winter Clique League is open to any ultimate team in the D.C. metro area.  There are two divisions of play, one more competitive and one more casual.  Teams are self-formed and the games are 5 vs 5 players on the field rather than the normal 7 vs 7.  This is an outdoor league.

There is a maximum of 24 teams allowed and will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.  Any teams signing up after 24 will be put on a waiting list.

Fee - $225

Gender ratio - 3 men, 2 women

Rosters - capped at 15 players

First game - January 9, 2009, games played on Saturdays

Tournament - February 27th and 28th with a rain date of March 6th and 7th

Location - Lake Fairfax and other fields in Virginia and DC

Reminder - Winter league is played in the winter which means there is a 100% chance that at least some of the games will get cancelled.  WAFC plays as many games as possible but does not control the weather and cannot guarantee that all games are played.

 

IMPORTANT: By joining the WAFC Clique League, you acknowledge that you will abide by all WAFC policies regarding field usage, player conduct, and league rules.  Joining a WAFC league includes membership in the Washington Area Frisbee Club for the calendar year for when the league takes place.
