WAFC Jr. is dedicated to providing information and support for youth Ultimate Frisbee teams in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

WAFC Jr. started with 8 teams in 2004. Currently we run a Spring season from March through May that features 16 schools from the DC metro area. Games are on Sundays at Sligo Middle School in Silver Spring MD. We play informally in the Fall as well.

Ultimate features "the Spirit of the Game" and self-refereeing which makes it an outstanding means to foster student wellness.
